1. Scope of Agreement & Acceptance

By requesting a quotation, issuing a purchase order, or engaging CustomPlush.com for prototype development and mass manufacturing, the purchasing client agrees to adhere strictly to the guidelines and standards set forth herein. We maintain rigorous corporate ethical standards and evaluate not only product artwork, but also the intended application, corporate alignment, and ethical integrity of submitted projects. CustomPlush.com reserves the explicit right to review, reject, or terminate any project submission at its sole discretion.

2. Design Compliance & Ethical Manufacturing Standards

As an international plush manufacturer serving major worldwide retailers, our factory operations and product lines must strictly align with global safety, social accountability, and legal ethics. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against manufacturing products containing harmful, discriminatory, or unlawful concepts.

Prohibited Content Categories

Design submissions will be automatically rejected if they fall into any of the following restricted categories:

• Violence & Exploitation: Artwork or concepts depicting explicit violence, hate speech, weapons of mass harm, violent crime encouragement, assault, or abusive acts.
• Illegal & Controlled Substances: Designs promoting unlawful narcotics, illicit drug paraphernalia, identity theft, or organized fraudulent activity.
• Defamation & Discrimination: Visual elements attacking or harassing individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability status.
• Harmful Self-Harm Content: Artwork promoting suicide, self-injury, or eating disorders (supportive or therapeutic recovery plush designs remain fully permitted).
• Explicit Content & Nudity: Unapproved anatomical depictions or sexually explicit content (educational models intended for healthcare or instructional use will be vetted independently).

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Ownership

Protecting intellectual property is a cornerstone of our global B2B operations. We strictly safeguard customer proprietary assets while maintaining ownership over physical manufacturing patterns and technical tooling.

Originality & Client Warranty

The client warrants that all submitted artwork, logos, sketches, character designs, and physical concepts are original creations or fully licensed properties. The client assumes sole legal responsibility and agrees to hold CustomPlush.com harmless against any third-party intellectual property claims, trademark infringements, or copyright disputes arising from client-provided materials.

Proprietary Patterns & Factory Confidentiality

While clients retain total ownership over their brand characters and registered trademarks, CustomPlush.com retains exclusive rights to the physical sewing patterns, internal plush construction techniques, specialized mold tooling, and proprietary manufacturing processes developed by our engineering team. We do not disclose internal supplier databases, factory facility addresses, or trade secrets to third parties.

Independent Development Disclaimer

CustomPlush.com manufactures thousands of custom plush characters annually for hundreds of international clients. The client acknowledges that common animal shapes, mythical archetypes, fantasy motifs, or basic toy structures may inadvertently share similarities with separate client projects. The company incurs no legal liability regarding accidental structural or visual similarities in general plush character typologies.

4. Manufacturing Approvals, Quality Control & Global Delivery

To maintain quality consistency, production proceeds strictly upon client written sign-off of physical prototypes and pre-production samples. Mass manufacturing timelines, custom packaging specifications, and FOB/CIF shipping schedules are formalized upon deposit receipt and purchase order confirmation.
